Step one: tell us what you have in mind
Dates, group size, places you want, budget range and who is travelling. One WhatsApp message is enough — no long form. If you have no idea, say 'show me the best of it' and we will suggest.
Step two: receive a draft
Within one working day you receive a day-by-day draft covering routes, accommodation and transport, with a specific price. It is an all-in price with exclusions listed separately.
Step three: revise until it fits
Swap cities, add days, upgrade hotels, slow the pace. Revisions are free and unlimited, and each version is numbered so you can compare.
Step four: confirm and go
On confirmation we book hotels, tickets, rail and flights, then send a pre-departure briefing a week before you fly: document check, what to pack, connectivity and payment setup, and your contact. On arrival your guide is waiting in the arrivals hall.
